Support your team's well-being with live virtual sessions designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate greater resilience. Each session integrates mindfulness meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), guided meditation, gentle somatic movement, and practical nervous system regulation techniques to help participants release stress and tension held in the body, reconnect with themselves, and return to work feeling more grounded, present, focused, and energized.
Drawing from Maria Toso's Heal What Hurts® methodology, participants learn to recognize and gently release contracted energy held in the body, creating greater ease, presence, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
Sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization and may focus on stress reduction, emotional resilience, mental clarity, relaxation, nervous system regulation, cultivating healthier responses to workplace stress, and improving overall well-being. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is required, and all practices are accessible to participants of varying abilities.
Each live session is approximately 60 minutes in length and is conducted via Zoom. Sessions include approximately 50 minutes of guided practices, followed by an optional 10-minute period for questions, reflections, and discussion.
Each Session May Include
Mindfulness meditation
Pranayama (breathing exercises)
Guided meditation
Gentle somatic movement
Nervous system regulation practices
Releasing stress, tension, and contracted energy held in the body
Cultivating calm, focus, resilience, and emotional well-being
A private Vimeo recording of each session will be available within 24 hours and will remain available for streaming or download for one week, allowing participants who miss the live session, or those who wish to revisit the practices, to do so at their convenience.
What Participants Need
Participants are encouraged to join from a quiet, private space where they can comfortably sit or lie down without interruption. A yoga mat, blanket, or comfortable chair is recommended, although no special equipment is required.

Monthly (1 session per month): $200/month
Biweekly (2 sessions per month): $350/month
Weekly (4 sessions per month): $600/month
