MONTHLY NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET WITH MARIA  ·  LIVE ON ZOOM

What If You Could Feel at Home in Your Body Again?

Somewhere along the way, we can become so accustomed to tension that we forget what it feels like to be truly comfortable in our own bodies.

We spend our days thinking, planning, doing, and responding to the world. Slowly, almost imperceptibly, our bodies can become tighter, more guarded, and less at ease.

But your body is capable of a different experience. One of softness, spaciousness, warmth, and aliveness. Sometimes what we need most is permission to slow all the way down and feel.

THE BODY REMEMBERS

We Can Become So Accustomed to Tension That We Forget We're Holding It.

Have you ever noticed how your shoulders creep toward your ears, how your jaw tightens, or how your breath becomes shallow when life gets demanding?

Maybe your hips feel stiff, your back aches, or you wake up feeling tired even after a full night's sleep.

Sometimes tension builds so gradually that we hardly recognize how much effort our bodies are making just to get through an ordinary day.

We live in a world that rewards doing, achieving, producing, and pushing forward. Our attention is continually pulled outward, toward everything that needs our response.

Meanwhile, the subtle signals coming from within our bodies can go unheard.

Over time, we may begin to feel less comfortable in ourselves, less connected to our inner world, and less able to simply relax into the present moment.

DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?

Your Body May Be Asking You to Slow Down.

The invitation doesn't always arrive as a dramatic warning. Sometimes it appears in the quiet, everyday ways we experience ourselves.

01 / THE BODY

Tightness That Feels Normal

Your shoulders, neck, back, jaw, or hips often feel tense. You may not notice how tightly you're holding yourself until you finally begin to soften.

02 / THE MIND

Always Thinking. Rarely Resting.

Your mind moves from one concern to another. Even when you have time to rest, it can be difficult to quiet the inner momentum of doing and planning.

03 / THE HEART

Feeling Far from Yourself

You may be taking care of everyone and everything while feeling increasingly disconnected from your own needs, tenderness, creativity, and joy.

What If You Didn't Have to Carry It All in Your Body?

Your body is not simply something to manage or push through the day. It is a living, feeling part of you, worthy of your attention and care. Through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and loving presence, you can begin exploring what it feels like to soften, make space, and reconnect with yourself.

THE ART OF UNWINDING

Less Doing. More Feeling. More Being.

Imagine giving yourself 90 uninterrupted minutes to settle into your body. No demands, no performance, no pressure to accomplish anything. Just gentle, nourishing practices that invite your body to release tension, your breath to deepen, and your awareness to return to the present.

01 / MOVE

Gentle SomaYoga & Mindful Movement

Rediscover Ease

Through slow, attentive movement, we'll explore patterns of muscular tension and invite the body to discover greater freedom. You won't be asked to push, strain, or achieve a pose. Instead, we'll listen to what your body is telling you and allow movement to become a gentle conversation with yourself.

02 / SOFTEN

Nourishing Stretches & Deep Release

Make Space Within

Supported, unhurried stretches offer time to notice where you're holding tension. Using principles of Yin Yoga, we'll ease into comfortable positions, allow the breath to move naturally, and give the body permission to soften. There is no need to force anything to change.

03 / REST

Meditation, Prayer & Relaxation

Return to Presence

Through guided meditation, relaxation, and an invitation into prayer, we'll make room for stillness and loving presence. You'll be guided to rest more deeply within yourself and, if it resonates with you, invite Divine Presence and healing Light into your body and your life.

THE POWER OF THE BREATH

Breathe Your Way Back to Presence.

Our breathing often reflects how we're experiencing life. When we're hurried, anxious, or overwhelmed, the breath may become shallow or restricted.

Through pranayama, the yogic practice of conscious breathing, we'll explore gentle ways to slow down, listen inwardly, and create a greater sense of calm and spaciousness.

Rather than trying to control every thought or feeling, we give ourselves something beautifully simple to return to: the living rhythm of the breath.

BEYOND DOING

Remember the Sacredness of Now.

So much of life is spent pursuing what comes next, solving problems, and trying to make things happen. We can become so absorbed in the intellect and the world of action that we forget the quiet richness of simply being.

During our time together, we'll make room to step out of that momentum. Through movement, breath, stillness, and guided prayer, we invite a deeper connection with the present moment and with the loving presence available within us.

Whatever you're carrying, you are welcome to arrive just as you are.

REMEMBER HOW EASE FEELS

What If You Could Feel Beautifully Comfortable in Your Own Body?

Sometimes we don't realize how much tension we've been carrying until we experience a moment of genuine release.

Our shoulders soften. Our breathing feels easier. We notice space where there was tightness, warmth where there was holding, and a quiet sense of relief spreading through the body.

After practicing, students sometimes describe feeling wonderfully loose, comfortable, peaceful, and more deeply at home in themselves.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

A Little More Space. A Little More Life.

Each practice is an invitation to cultivate a different relationship with your body and your experience. Over time, these moments of attention can become familiar places to return to.

01 / THE BODY

More Softness & Ease

Discover places where you've been bracing or holding and gently explore how it feels to move with greater comfort and freedom.

02 / THE MIND

Less Noise. More Presence.

Step away from constant thinking and doing. Give your attention somewhere quieter to rest: the breath, the body, and the experience of this moment.

03 / THE HEART

A Deeper Sense of Connection

Make room for tenderness, gratitude, and a more loving relationship with yourself. Remember that your needs, feelings, and inner life are worthy of your care.

04 / YOUR LIFE

More Room for Joy

As you become more present in your body, ordinary moments may begin to feel richer. You may notice more beauty, vitality, and appreciation in everyday life.

THE EXPERIENCE OF COMING HOME

Sometimes the World Looks a Little More Luminous.

There are moments after a deep, nourishing practice when nothing outside of us has changed, and yet everything feels a little different.

We feel more settled in our bodies, more connected to our senses, and more available to the beauty of being alive. The world may appear softer, brighter, and more spacious simply because we are meeting it from a different place within ourselves.

Come back to your body. Come back to your breath. Come back to life.
