The practice

Meet what hurts with loving presence.

When emotional pain is activated, we may lash out, numb out, or check out. Heal What Hurts invites us to notice what is happening within the body and meet it with compassion and loving presence.

Together, we practice slowing down, connecting with the sensations beneath our reactions, and staying present with ourselves through difficult feelings.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Sharing and receiving coaching are always optional. Quiet practice and listening are welcome.

Simple to arrange

You gather the people.
I guide the practice.

1. Gather your group

Bring together friends, a book club, or members of an existing community who want to practice together.

2. Choose your experience

Start with a workshop, arrange ongoing sessions, or combine both.

3. Find a rhythm

We agree on dates and format. One organizer books and pays for the group, and can arrange cost-sharing.
