Understanding emotional patterns is one thing; practicing a different response, with support, is another. In this intimate group, we use guided coaching, meditation, and compassionate connection to return to the body and a more loving relationship with ourselves.
With only six women in each Circle, there is room for individual attention, meaningful connection, and unhurried practice.

Loving Presence Is a Practice
You can understand the pattern. And still need space to practice.
When we're triggered, the body may brace, the breath may become tight, and familiar responses can take over. We might lash out in anger, numb out through food, alcohol, scrolling, or other habits, or check out by disconnecting from what we're feeling.
In the Circle, we learn to recognize these moments earlier and gently turn inward with love instead of adding shame. No one is expected to have mastered this. We come together to practice, again and again.
What Becomes Possible
A More Loving Way to Be With Yourself.
These are capacities we cultivate over time, not outcomes anyone needs to achieve on a schedule.
Notice Sooner
Become more familiar with the breath, sensations, and places where your body contracts when you're triggered, so there may be room to respond differently.
Bring Love Into What Hurts
Practice staying present with difficult feelings without judging yourself for having them or needing to push them away.
Return to Your Center
Build a familiar path back to breath awareness, grounding, and greater kindness toward yourself during challenging moments.
Feel Less Alone
Let your practice be supported by the presence of other women who are also learning to meet themselves with care.
If this feels like the support you have been looking for, you are warmly welcome to join us.

Some Healing Happens When We Are Met by Others.
A book can offer insight. A meditation can guide you inward. But practicing in community brings something different: the chance to be heard, witnessed, and supported without needing to explain everything perfectly or hold yourself together.
Within this small circle, we make room for each woman's experience. We listen without rushing to fix one another. We learn to offer ourselves the loving attention we so often extend to everyone else.
You do not have to be finished healing to be worthy of love, presence, and belonging.
Inside the Women's Circle
Come As You Are. Practice Together.
Each gathering makes space for guided practice and human connection. Sessions are responsive to the women present, rather than following a rigid agenda.
Ground
Settle into your breath and body through meditation or gentle somatic awareness.
Listen Inwardly
Become curious about what you're feeling, where you are holding, and what needs care.
Be Witnessed
When it feels right, share or receive personal coaching. Listening quietly is equally welcome.
Bring It Home
Take the practice of loving presence into relationships and the ordinary moments of life.
Sharing and receiving coaching are always optional. The Circle is facilitated with care for each woman's pace and privacy.

Before You Join
A Few Things You May Be Wondering.
Do I have to share personal experiences?
No. Sharing and receiving personal coaching are always invitations, never requirements. You're welcome to listen, participate in the guided practices, and move at your own pace.
What if I miss a session?
You'll still have access to the Self-Study Practice Library and Nervous System Reset workshop replays. Circle sessions are recorded only when everyone participating consents, so a replay of a particular Circle gathering cannot be guaranteed.
Is the Women's Circle therapy?
No. This is a coaching, meditation, and somatic-awareness practice community, not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. You are welcome to participate alongside any professional care or support you may already receive.
Do I need to have read Heal What Hurts?
No. Familiarity with the book is welcome but not necessary. Maria guides the practices, and you can begin wherever you are in your own exploration.
Can I talk with Maria before I purchase?
Yes. You're welcome to request a complimentary 15-minute introductory conversation before joining. There is no payment or obligation for the call. Email Maria to arrange a time.
Are there places available?
Each Circle is limited to six women. Availability changes, so ask Maria about openings if you would like to confirm before enrolling.
What happens after I join?
Maria will follow up with participation information and arrange your complimentary 20-minute Welcome Session. You can ask questions, get acquainted, and settle into the experience.
How private is the Circle?
Members are asked to respect one another's confidentiality, and a Circle session is recorded only with everyone's consent. Because any group involves other participants, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed; please review the membership policies for more detail.
Can I cancel after the first month?
Yes. The $197 membership is billed monthly and renews automatically. You may cancel before your next charge; there is no commitment beyond your first month.
