• Stay present with triggered contraction for longer periods
• Move through triggers without collapsing into the three outs
• Recognize subtle defensive patterns as they arise
• Apply the method in real-life relationship dynamics
A new question begins to guide your awareness:
How is my contracted energy tied to a pattern that keeps showing up in my life?
Instead of trying to fix the outside, we work with what is happening energetically inside the body. As this capacity becomes second nature, several shifts naturally begin to occur:
Reactivity decreases.
Self-trust increases.
The nervous system becomes steadier.
You begin to surrender to the Divine within running your show
We also begin to see more clearly when and how these trigger patterns first formed, how they have quietly shaped our behavior, our relationships, and even our ability to pursue the life we truly want. We let go of the stand-in villains and cultivate genuine self-love on the inside that shows up as genuine love and support on the outside.
