  • Reverse those cycles and return home to the body, where true transformation occurs.

  • Dissolve the painful, repetitive patterns that have lived in your body for years.

When we’re triggered, we tend to fall into one of what I call “the three outs”—our habitual ways of escaping discomfort:

  1. Lash out – trying to change or control the other.

  2. Numb out – using food, substances, or screens to avoid feeling.

  3. Check out – retreating into the intellect or detaching from emotion altogether.

Each “out” leads us away from ourselves. In this retreat, you’ll learn to reverse that cycle—to go inward instead of outward, to meet the contraction instead of fleeing from it. You’ll practice the real work of healing: staying present with what arises in your body until it softens and releases back into love.
