New Moon Beginnings
We begin this journey under the February New Moon in Aquarius, a potent initiation associated with emotional independence, original thinking, and offering one’s unique gift to humanity. Aquarius energy supports stepping out of inherited patterns and unconscious roles, reclaiming inner authority, and aligning personal healing with a broader contribution.
This New Moon invites us to loosen attachment to external validation and listen more deeply to what wants to emerge from within. It is an ideal moment to plant the seeds of a new vision, not through force or striving, but through clarity, freedom, and inner alignment with the Divine.
Course Overview
Much of modern life conditions us to leave ourselves — to live from the mind while losing contact with the body. When pressure or fear arises, we often default to what the Heal What Hurts method calls the Three Outs:
Lash out: attempting to control or fix the outer world
Numb out: distracting from or dulling sensation and feeling
Check out: retreating into analysis or spiritual bypass
Each of these responses pulls energy away from the body and limits our capacity to feel, receive, and create the life we long for.
Healing — and living an empowered life — is the process of coming fully in.
Throughout this journey, we return again and again to the core Heal What Hurts process, meeting contraction with loving presence rather than force or shame. Through somatic awareness, breath, inquiry, journaling, visualization, and prayer, our inner space gradually reopens and expands.
We become skillful at meeting fear, resistance, and self-doubt in the body. Each energetic contraction is recognized as a doorway into greater embodiment, trust, and inner authority.
From this state of coming fully in, creation arises naturally — not as something you push for, but as an expression of who you are becoming.
Preparation
Completion of the Heal What Hurts 6-Week Course or reading Heal What Hurts: How to Heal Emotional Triggers is recommended.
Weekly Arc & Dates
Week 1 · Feb 19 | New Moon Initiation: Coming Back In
Ground in the body through breath and somatic awareness. Establish safety, presence, and the shared container. Begin sensing what feels stagnant and what vision is quietly calling.
Week 2 · Feb 26 | Mapping Where Life Is Not Flowing
A full chakra check-in as a baseline. Notice where energy feels blocked or thin in the body and how this mirrors areas of life such as health, money, relationships, voice, or meaning.
Week 3 · Mar 5 | Root & Sacral: Safety, Desire, and Creative Flow
Explore beliefs around support, money, belonging, pleasure, and creativity. Sense how early conditioning lives in the body and where life-force wants to move again.
Week 4 · Mar 12 | Solar Plexus & Heart: Power, Worth, and Love
Work with self-trust, agency, and relational patterns. Meet contraction around power and love somatically, uncovering the beliefs that shape how you give and receive.
Week 5 · Mar 19 | Throat Chakra: Truth, Voice, and Visibility
Notice where expression tightens or retreats. Explore what felt safe or unsafe to say and how the body responds to being seen and heard.
Week 6 · Mar 26 | Third Eye & Crown: Belief, Meaning, and Divine Support
Examine inherited belief systems and open to Spirit-guided perception. Reflect on what you were taught truly matters and invite deeper alignment with Divine intelligence.
Week 7 · Apr 2 | Embodied Vision: Art as Inquiry
Use simple art to give form to what wants to be created through you. Anchor vision in the body rather than the mind. No art experience needed.
Week 8 · Apr 9 | When Vision Approaches: Meeting Contraction
Begin actively holding the vision in meditation. Notice where fear, doubt, or resistance arises in the body and apply the Heal What Hurts process directly.
Week 9 · Apr 16 | Receiving & Radiating Abundance
Work with contraction around success, support, visibility, and receiving. Expand your inner capacity to allow life to meet you.
Week 10 · Apr 23 | Foundations & Embodied Leadership
Clarify the structures, boundaries, and rhythms that support your vision. Practice standing in your truth without over-explaining or self-abandonment.
Week 11 · Apr 30 | Integration & Continuity
Revisit the original chakra check-in and reflect on what has shifted. Anchor daily practices that sustain flow and embodied awareness.
Week 12 · May 7 | Dedication & Offering
Dedicate your healing and vision to the highest good. Clarify next steps and how your embodied presence becomes your offering in the world.
An Invitation
This journey may be for you if you feel called to a larger expression of your life, yet notice something inside contract when it is time to truly step forward.
You are becoming aware of the triggers that arise and want to learn how to work with that energy in the body rather than allowing it to limit your expression.
You long to create from alignment and flow rather than burnout or striving.
You are ready to meet yourself lovingly, in the body, with compassion and presence — and to truly support yourself on this sacred journey called life.
