Course Overview
HWH 2.0 is where healing becomes creation. In this continuation of the Heal What Hurts journey, you’ll learn to transform fear and resistance into the energy that fuels your higher purpose. Together, we’ll deepen somatic and breath-based practices, clarify your vision, and dissolve the energetic knots that keep your next-level expression from taking form.
A central practice in this circle is expanding the inner space—the “cup” of your being that receives Spirit, inspiration, and vitality. Most of our daily activities are outward-focused, gradually contracting this inner space and dimming how much of our own soul-light we can hold. In this course, we consciously reopen the vessel through breath, awareness, and prayer, learning to receive more of our own Spirit into the body. From that expanded state of embodiment, creation becomes natural and inspired rather than effortful.
Through visualization, journaling, and embodied inquiry, you’ll practice grounding inspiration into daily action—so your mission can unfold through your physical body and practical life. This course is for those ready to manifest from alignment rather than striving, letting Divine intelligence move through them with clarity, confidence, and ease.
You’ll learn to
Clarify and energize a vision born from your soul’s calling
Expand the inner space of receptivity so more Spirit can flow through your physical vessel
Identify and dissolve fear-based contractions behind resistance and procrastination
Establish a daily journaling and breath practice that keeps you attuned to Higher-Self guidance
Transform perfectionism, self-doubt, and comparison into creative confidence
Translate inner clarity into aligned, consistent action
Live as a vessel for Divine inspiration and abundance
Each week builds on the previous—refining awareness, breath, and inspired action—so your life becomes a living expression of your mission.
Weekly Themes
Week 1 – Jan 22 | Grounding in the Vision
Re-root in presence, open the creative field, and allow your mission to surface through journaling and visualization. Begin a daily practice to expand your inner space and stay vibrantly connected to your Higher Self.
Week 2 – Jan 29 | From Dream to Direction
Move from imagining the end result to sensing the first actionable step. Notice how your “inner cup” contracts or opens as you picture that step. Homework: take one aligned action.
Week 3 – Feb 5 | Momentum & Resistance
Share what unfolded. Meet procrastination or resistance somatically instead of judging it. Transform emotional contraction into flow, building a personalized “Vision Tracker” to ground inspiration in motion.
Week 4 – Feb 12 | Building Foundations
Evaluate what has taken root and what support structures are missing—time, environment, systems, or allies. Clear energetic and physical clutter, opening inner and outer space for your vision to anchor.
Week 5 – Feb 19 | Clearing the Body Knots
Recognize that creation itself reveals the next layer of healing. Use the Breathe Release It All practice to soften the body, expand the vessel, and let life-force energy circulate freely.
Week 6 – Feb 26 | Balancing Being & Doing
Cultivate the rhythm of expansion and expression. Discover how each breath renews spaciousness within, allowing effortless alignment between action and surrender.
Week 7 – Mar 5 | Receiving & Radiating Abundance
Heal fears of visibility and success. Practice opening the inner space to receive more joy, prosperity, and Divine support—then radiate that light outward through service and creativity.
Week 8 – Mar 13 | Integration & Dedication
Celebrate what has emerged, anchor your expanded inner vessel, and dedicate your vision to the highest good. Leave with a clear continuation plan and a deepened capacity to live as a radiant, creative being.
This circle is for those ready to live as creators—embodied, spacious, and free—where every contraction becomes a doorway into greater receptivity, radiant expression, and Divine embodiment.
