Course Overview
Level 2 is your opportunity to bring the Heal What Hurts process more deeply into daily life—where emotional triggers become gateways to awakening. Together, we’ll deepen our somatic practices to become more grounded in the body, refine our breathing techniques, and add the Breathe Release It All practice to our pranayama repertoire.
This course is designed for those who want to dissolve painful relationship dynamics, release dependency on numbing agents, and continue forgiving and blessing former chapters of life that may still influence current relationships. Through consistent practice, you’ll learn to clear the energy field of the body, recognize when you’re on the receiving end of another’s trigger, and meet all contractions with increasing love and presence. We’ll also explore identifying your next step in your mission and uncovering which emotional patterns may be holding you back.
You’ll learn to
Deepen somatic awareness and stability in the body
Integrate breath-based healing and the Breathe Release It All practice
Release dependency on avoidance or numbing habits
Transform shame into compassion and embodied awareness
Dissolve recurring relational patterns rooted in old wounds
Live from direct communion with the Divine within
Each week builds on the previous—refining awareness, breath, and prayer—so your life becomes a living meditation in presence, peace, and purpose.

Week 1 – Jan 22:Opening & Recommitment
Re-ground in presence, set intentions, and reconnect with the body as the gateway to Divine guidance.
Week 2 – Jan 29:Assessing the Energy Field
Sense where energy flows freely and where it contracts; deepen body awareness as a map for healing.
Week 3 – Feb 5:Advanced Self-Inquiry & Relational Reflection
Track emotional patterns to their roots, including dynamics with partners, family, and friends.
Week 4 – Feb 12:Transforming the Contraction
Apply the full Heal What Hurts method to real-life triggers; practice staying present through intensity.
Week 5 – Feb 19:Living the Practice & Keeping a Contraction Journal
Turn daily experiences into opportunities for release; document patterns, progress, and blessings.
Week 6 – Feb 26:Releasing Dependency & Cultivating Freedom
Bring awareness to numbing habits or co-dependence; strengthen your ability to stay present and sovereign.
Week 7 – Mar 5:Forgiveness, Breath, and Mission Alignment
Continue forgiving and blessing past chapters; integrate Breathe Release It All to support emotional clearing and clarity of purpose.
Week 8 – Mar 13:Integration & Blessing
Clear the energy field through sustained presence; anchor a daily rhythm of prayer, compassion, and creative service.
