Course Overview

Heal What Hurts: The Empowered Vision Journey is a 12-week guided process for those ready to meet emotional triggers, fear, and resistance somatically — in the body — and allow a more aligned vision for life to emerge.

Rooted in the Heal What Hurts method, this journey weaves somatic awareness, breathwork, inquiry, visualization, gentle creative practices, and prayer to help you soften inner contraction, reclaim inner authority, and create from presence rather than striving.

We begin under the February New Moon in Aquarius, an initiation point that supports emotional independence, original thinking, and aligning personal healing with a larger contribution. From there, the journey unfolds through a progressive chakra-based arc, helping you identify where life is not flowing and gently restore movement, trust, and embodied clarity.

This is not a mindset or productivity course. It is an embodied process of coming fully in, so that creation arises naturally as an expression of who you are becoming.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Heal What Hurts 6-Week Course or reading Heal What Hurts: How to Heal Emotional Triggers is recommended.
