This 9-week course is an invitation to move gently and systematically through each of the body’s seven chakras — clearing stored emotional tension, releasing old patterns, and restoring the natural flow of life force, prana, through your body.
Rather than simply learning about the chakras, you will experience them directly through guided somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and gentle inquiry using the Heal What Hurts method.
Each week, we focus on one energy center, bringing awareness and compassionate attention to the areas of the body where emotional contractions often live.
