If you have read Heal What Hurts, taken a course, or worked with me before, you already understand the method. The deeper question is how to live it consistently when real life triggers arise.
This monthly practice group is a steady space to apply the work in real time.
Together, each month, we will:
• Interrupt the three outs — lashing out, numbing out, and checking out
• Locate contracted energy in the body
• Stay present with sensation instead of reacting outward
• Bring breath, awareness, and Divine Light into old survival wiring
• Integrate the Heal What Hurts process into relationships, health, and daily life
Each 60-minute session includes:
• Grounding and brief teaching
• Guided somatic integration practice
• Optional live Q&A and coaching
This is not passive meditation.
This is active nervous system retraining.
Over time, you will notice:
• Reactivity decreasing
• Greater emotional clarity
• Improved vitality and resilience
• Shifts in relationship dynamics
• A deeper sense of safety and sovereignty inside your own body
Recording Policy
The teaching and guided practice portion will be recorded and shared with subscribers.
Any personal sharing or live coaching will remain confidential and off-record.
