In this ongoing Heal What Hurts practice group, we have gained enough clarity to see how patterns continue to reveal themselves.

As we learn to let go of the three outs, lashing out, numbing out, and checking out, we begin to see more clearly how our reactions are connected to contracted energy in the body. Instead of pushing feelings away or trying to change other people, we practice turning our attention inward.

Over time, we become increasingly skillful at tracing these patterns into the energy field of the body. We learn to recognize where tension gathers, where contraction lives, and how emotional triggers show up as tightness, pressure, or discomfort in specific areas of the body.

This is where real change begins.

Rather than getting invested in fixing others or controlling situations, we work directly with the triggered energy inside ourselves. We bring breath, awareness, and steady presence to the place where the energy is blocked. As the body softens and releases, our reactions change, our relationships shift, and the outer world begins to respond differently.

This membership offers a consistent place to practice that mastery.

What you will experience

Twice each month, we gather on the first and third Wednesday at 7:00 PM for guided somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and gentle inquiry. These sessions are designed to help you regulate your nervous system, stay connected to your body, and continue integrating the Heal What Hurts work into everyday life.

Each gathering offers space to slow down, listen inward, and release what your body is holding, so you can move through life with greater ease, clarity, and resilience. This group is ongoing support and continued practice.

  • Two live Heal What Hurts Integration Circles each month, 90 minutes each

  • Access to the Heal What Hurts meditation library to support your practice

  • 20% discount on 2-hour workshops offered locally and on Zoom

  • 10% off signature programs, including Heal What Hurts Through the Chakras
