You’re Tired of Reacting the Same Way in Relationships…
If you lash out and create drama…
If you numb out — eat, drink, scroll, smoke, distract…
If you check out — go cold, shut down, emotionally withdraw…
Different strategies. Same root contraction in the body
If you’ve done therapy but your body still tightens when you are triggered.
If you understand your patterns but can’t stop repeating them…
This 6-week live container teaches you how to locate and release triggers at their root.
It is a deeply compassionate and loving process
What You Will Leave With
• The ability to pause and feel rather than react
• Tools to locate the contracted energy where triggers live in your body
• A step-by-step method for bringing loving awareness to those knots
• The capacity to stay present with discomfort until it softens and releases
• Greater calm, clarity, and authenticity in your relationships
• A lived experience of bringing compassion and light to parts of you that once felt unsafe
You will know how to meet a trigger with presence instead of fear.
A Guided Live Healing Journey
You will work directly with me — author of Heal What Hurts — applying the eight-step process in real time within a supportive, contained group.
This is structured work.
Each week builds progressively.
You are guided step-by-step.
You are not left alone to figure it out.
Why Healing Your Emotional Triggers Matter
When you are emotionally triggered, the impact goes far beyond the moment.
• Triggers sabotage your closest relationships
• They drain your energy
• They keep you in survival mode instead of grounded presence
The contraction lives in the body.
If it is not released, it repeats.
Why We Heal Best in Community
Releasing deep patterns does not have to feel isolating.
In a contained group:
• The nervous system relaxes more quickly
• Trust builds naturally
• Defenses soften
• Insight becomes embodied
This is not exposure.
It is supported integration.
Program Structure
Week 1 — Breath & Body Awareness
Recognize contraction in real time.
Ground your nervous system through breath and sensation.
Week 2 — Skillful Coping
Identify your habitual “outs”:
Lashing out. Numbing out. Checking out.
Practice pausing before reacting.
Week 3 — Locating the Trigger Knots & Inquiry
Find where emotional pain lives in the body.
Soften these knots with breath and loving awareness.
Begin inquiry into the beliefs held there.
Week 4 — Origin & Forgiveness
Trace recurring triggers to early conditioning.
Bring compassion to the younger self who formed the pattern.
Explore forgiveness as emotional release.
Week 5 — Relationships as Growth
See conflict as information.
Practice responding instead of reacting.
Week 6 — Integration & New Patterns
Relate from the body rather than the story.
Leave with embodied tools you can use immediately.
This Is For You If:
• You want structure, not vague inspiration
• You are willing to feel what’s in your body
• You are ready to stop repeating the same relational cycles
You do not have to keep repeating the same patterns.
This is where the cycle changes.
