Nervous System Reset Workshop — Fills your Body with Light

This powerful Soma Yoga and breathwork session is an invitation to move stagnant, contracted energy out of the energy field of your body; release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your True Self.

Through a guided, active breathing technique, you’ll be supported in:

• Releasing stored stress and emotional tension
• Processing past experiences held in the body
• Clearing stuck or stagnant energy
• Opening to a sense of lightness, clarity, and emotional freedom

This practice can be more intense than traditional meditation or yoga—but it’s deeply transformative. You'll be held in a safe, grounded container with music, breath cues, and gentle guidance to support your journey.

We'll begin with grounding somatic movements and intention-setting, then move into the breathwork and end in deep rest.

No experience necessary. Come as you are. Leave more connected, open, and free.
