Women's Summer Camp

from $350.00

Dear Friends,

I have made the difficult decision to cancel our Summer Camp retreat this year.

I’ve realized that right now, I need to go on retreat rather than lead one. This fall, I’m going to Ireland to spend time in retreat, return more deeply to my own practice, and reconnect with my inner source.

As a teacher, I believe it is important to practice what I teach. Sometimes that means stepping back from guiding others and becoming the student again.

I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience, especially for those of you who had already made plans. I was genuinely looking forward to our time together.

There will be another retreat. And perhaps a lovely twist: the retreat center I’m visiting in Ireland may even become a future home for a Heal What Hurts retreat. I’ll be quietly scouting it out while I’m there.

For now, I’m listening inward and giving loving presence to what is asking for my attention.

Thank you for understanding and for being part of this community.

With love,
Maria

If you long to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, this retreat is for you.

Join us for three restorative days immersed in nature, where you'll gently release stored tension from the body, regulate your nervous system, and rediscover the peace and vitality that arise when the body no longer carries old emotional burdens.

Through Heal What Hurts™ Breathwork, Soma Yoga, Loving Presence Meditation, gentle movement, and deep relaxation, you'll learn how emotional triggers become held as contracted energy in the body and how to meet them with awareness, compassion, and presence rather than reactivity.

This retreat is designed for anyone who wants to move beyond stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and repetitive patterns into greater freedom, authenticity, and inner light.

What You'll Experience

• Daily Soma Yoga to gently release tension and restore ease in the body

• Heal What Hurts™ Breathwork to unwind stored emotional contractions

• Loving Presence Meditation to cultivate nervous system regulation and inner peace

• Guided embodiment practices to integrate healing into everyday life

• Deep relaxation and Yoga Nidra for profound rest and restoration

• Plenty of free time for swimming, walking, reading, journaling, or simply resting by beautiful Lake Sylvia

Rather than rushing from one activity to the next, we'll move slowly, allowing spaciousness for the body to unwind and the nervous system to settle. The retreat is as much about resting as it is about transformation.
