Introduction to Heal What Hurts Practice
A 1.5-Hour Immersion in Somatic & Divine Light Healing
December January 15 at 7:00-8:30 PM CST Live on Zoom
Join me on January 15 at 7 PM for a powerful 1.5-hour introduction to the Heal What Hurts Practice. This evening session is designed to give you the essential breath and body awareness tools that allow you to read your body—so you can listen deeply, feel clearly, and begin to transform the emotional patterns that keep you stuck.
What We’ll Explore
We’ll begin with gentle somatic and breath practices that soften tension and open your inner awareness. These practices help you locate the subtle contractions in the body that give rise to emotional triggers, looping narratives, and repeating relational dynamics.
The Three Outs
You’ll learn the core reactive patterns we all fall into when we feel overwhelmed:
Lashing Out (trying to control or change the other)
Numbing Out (turning to food, substances, scrolling, or busyness)
Checking Out (escaping into the intellect or dissociating)
Understanding these gives you the power to choose differently.
The Process of Going In
Instead of reacting outward, you’ll learn how to:
Pause in the moment of activation
Separate the facts of a situation from the story your mind adds
Identify where the body contracts
Bring breath, awareness, and Divine Light into the contraction
Melt long-held patterns at their root
This is the heart of the Heal What Hurts practice—turning toward the inner pain with presence rather than running from it.
Healing the Root of Addictive Patterns
We’ll also explore how addictive tendencies—whether toward sugar, alcohol, caffeine, screens, or busyness—are simply attempts to escape unprocessed pain.
When the body receives loving presence, that pain begins to soften… and the compulsion starts to dissolve.
A Supportive Space to Practice + Ask Questions
This session is both experiential and interactive.
You’ll have time to:
Practice the foundational techniques
Ask questions
Explore whether private coaching or one of my 6-week Heal What Hurts programs might be right for you
If you’re curious about the method, wanting to deepen your emotional resilience, or feeling called to step into a new level of freedom in the new year, this introduction is the perfect place to begin.
Come as you are. Leave with clarity and hope.
I would love to have you there.
