Dec 28: Holy Night Candle Light Meditation

$25.00

Sunday, December 28 | 4:30–6:00 PM | 1162 Selby Avenue, St Paul (enter at corner of Dunlap & Selby)

As the year gently closes and the holy stillness of winter deepens, you are invited into an evening of quiet, presence, and inner listening.

This meditation gathering is an invitation to soften the mind, release outward striving, and listen for the subtle inner call toward silence. Together, we step into the sacred pause that whispers:

Be still and know the I AM.

We will begin with gentle, grounding stretches & pranayama to prepare the body for meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the breath to deepen naturally. From there, we move into a spacious, guided meditation focused on inner stillness, listening, and resting in the quiet presence within.

What to know:

  • Please bring a shawl or warm sweater to stay comfortable during longer periods of stillness

  • Chairs will be available for those who prefer not to sit on the floor

  • You are also welcome to use a mat and lie down if that best supports your body

  • The atmosphere will be simple, reverent, and deeply nourishing

This evening is meant to support a return to inner clarity, warmth, and remembrance as we stand at the threshold between years.
