Heal What Hurts Breathwork Practice

This guided breathwork practice helps you gently release stress, emotional contractions, and stored tension held within the body. As you breathe, you may experience tingling, warmth, muscle contractions, emotional release, or a profound sense of peace. These are natural responses as the nervous system begins to let go of accumulated stress and return to balance.

Approach this practice with curiosity, compassion, and permission to simply notice whatever arises. There is nothing to force and nothing to achieve. Simply breathe, stay present, and allow your body to do what it already knows how to do.

For the deepest healing, take a few moments afterward to rest, drink water, and notice any shifts in your body, emotions, or awareness.
