Jan-Feb: Heal What Hurts Online Healing Circle 1.0
Sliding scale for all in need ✨❤️✨
6 Thursdays, 7:00–8:30 PM CT on Zoom
January 22 – February 26, 2026
Max 8 participants
If you feel called to finally understand your triggers, soften the old patterns that keep you stuck, and step into a calmer, more empowered version of yourself, this program will meet you right where you are. The circle offers structure, support, and deep emotional safety. You deserve to feel free in your body and clear in your relationships, and this work will help you get there.
We heal best in community
Exploring the tender, contracted places inside that triggers reveal in us does not have to feel heavy or isolating. Within a supportive circle, the energy knots in our bodies begin to soften. With compassion and presence, what once felt overwhelming becomes a pathway to freedom and lightness.
That is what the Heal What Hurts Book Club & Healing Circle offers: a gentle yet powerful process of healing, guided step by step. Together, we create a space where transformation happens naturally, and your presence and willingness to heal enrich the whole circle.
Why emotional triggers matter
When you are emotionally triggered, it does not just hurt in the moment. Triggers ripple through your life:
• They sabotage your closest relationships.
• They drain your energy and compromise your health.
• They make you afraid to speak your truth or pursue what you really want.
The contraction that happens inside your body when you are triggered is not only emotional. It is physical, spiritual, and relational. Over time, it keeps you stuck in survival mode instead of living freely and fully.
These small, intimate circles are a chance to finally break that cycle.
A guided healing journey
Together, we will work through the root causes of your triggers using practices that release contracted energy from the body, free your breath, calm your mind, and reconnect you to your higher self.
Unlike a casual book club, this is a guided healing journey. You will be learning directly directly with me, the author of Heal What Hurts, and applying the eight-step process in real time within a supportive circle.
This work is not about managing triggers. It is about healing them at the root so you can be more free in your body, more authentic in your interactions, and less afraid to live the life you know you are meant for.
Each circle is intentionally limited to 8 participants so we can go deep together.
