Still your mind, calm your body, open your heart

This powerful breathwork practice invites you to move stagnant, contracted energy out of your body’s energy field, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your true self. We will begin with Soma Yoga to clear physical tension and create space for deeper breathing. From there, we’ll move into the guided breathwork practice and close with deep rest and meditation.

This session will support you in:
• Releasing stored stress and emotional tension
• Processing past experiences held in the body
• Clearing stuck or stagnant energy
• Opening to lightness, clarity, and emotional freedom

This practice can be more intense than traditional meditation or yoga, yet it is deeply transformative. You will be held in a safe, grounded space with music, breath cues, and gentle guidance to support your journey.
