Nervous system healing. Anxiety and tension release. Healing Light Inside.
Date: Sunday, June 29, 2025
Time: 9:00–10:30 AM CST | Live on Zoom | Register to receive the link.
Your Sunday Morning Reset for Body and Mind. Whether the crazy world is getting under your skin or you just need a quiet, compassionate space to breathe and release all the nervous tension, the calming meditation practices, gentle SomaYoga for tension release, and community connection offered here will be a reprieve and create space for your soul’s inspiration and guidance to be heard again.
I will offer this workshop every Sunday through July. Each one stands alone and focuses on a key aspect of emotional healing through the body. Whether you're navigating global stress or something more personal—this work helps you meet what's stuck with compassion and power.
Soften Into the Body and Allow The Loving Light of The Divine in — is where it begins.
Why a Day of Reset & Contemplation?
When we’ve experienced emotional pain, trauma, or chronic stress, we often disconnect from our bodies. We become tight, guarded, and braced—sometimes without even realizing it. That bracing can look like tension in the jaw, a tight belly, frozen breath, or a heart that’s closed to receiving.
And yet, this protective pattern—though once helpful—now keeps us stuck.
It prevents us from trusting, connecting, and stepping into the next brave chapter of our lives.
In this workshop, we take our time to gently return home to the body—through breath, meditation, and SomaYoga practices designed to unwind tension at the root.
What We’ll Explore
A guided process for grounding in your body’s energy field and connecting to Divine Light
Gentle SomaYoga practices to soften held tension and restore calm
How to identify areas of contraction, understand what they’re trying to tell you, and bring loving Light to them
How breath, awareness, and loving presence begin to dissolve nervous tension
The spiritual and somatic root of why we disconnect—and how to come back
You’ll leave with a deeper sense of inner safety, connection, and readiness to begin healing—not by analyzing your wounds, but by feeling them through the body and releasing the energy they hold.
Who This Is For
You feel anxious or emotionally reactive in relationships
You often leave your body or freeze up when challenged
You’re ready to stop analyzing and start healing from the inside out
You want a soft, supportive container for your emotional and spiritual growth
This workshop is perfect for anyone ready to reconnect with the body and begin releasing the hidden beliefs and emotional bracing that block joy, intimacy, and action.
Limited spots available to preserve intimacy and spaciousness in the container.
About Heal What Hurts
Heal What Hurts is a process that helps you transmute emotional pain—particularly in relationships—by working through the nervous system, energy field, and deep spiritual awareness. This is not mindset work. It’s not about thinking your way out of triggers.
It’s about releasing what’s held in the body, where old beliefs live like landmines in your system, waiting to go off when touched.
