Heal What Hurts Circles (1 & 2)
Wednesdays, 7:00–8:30 PM CT | October 15 – December 17, 2025 on Zoom
This fall I am offering two consecutive 5-week circles based on my book Heal What Hurts: How to Heal Emotional Triggers. You may join Circle 1 (The Foundation) only, or continue into Circle 2 (The Deepening) for the full 10-week journey.
When you are emotionally triggered, it does not just hurt in the moment. Triggers ripple through your life:
They sabotage your closest relationships.
They drain your energy and compromise your health.
They make you afraid to speak your truth or pursue what you really want.
The contraction that happens inside your body when you are triggered is not only emotional. It is physical, spiritual, and relational. Over time, it keeps you stuck in survival mode instead of living freely and fully.
These small, intimate circles are a chance to finally break that cycle. Together, we will work through the root causes of your triggers using practices that release contracted energy from the body, free your breath, calm your mind, and reconnect you to your higher self.
Unlike a casual book club, these are guided healing journeys. You will be learning directly with me, the author of Heal What Hurts, and applying the eight-step process in real time with a supportive group.
This is not about managing triggers; it is about healing them at the root so you can be more free in your body, more authentic in your interactions, and less afraid to live the life you know you are meant for.
Each circle is limited to 12 participants so we can go deep together.
Circle 1: The Foundation
5 Weeks | October 15 – November 12, 2025
Week 1 — Oct 15: Breath Awareness
Reconnect with your breath as the doorway to Spirit, presence, and regulation.Week 2 — Oct 22: Body Awareness
Explore how pain lives in the body and begin reclaiming your body as sacred.Week 3 — Oct 29: Skillful Coping
Notice your habitual “outs” and begin shifting into loving self-awareness instead.Week 4 — Nov 5: Locating the Trigger Knots
Learn to identify the exact places in your body where emotional pain lives and how to meet them with presence.Week 5 — Nov 12: Trigger Inquiry
Begin uncovering the old beliefs, patterns, and scripts that drive your reactions and start softening their grip.
Circle 2: The Deepening
5 Weeks | November 19 – December 17, 2025
Week 1 — Nov 19: Discovering the Origin
Trace the trigger back to its root, often in childhood or early trauma, and begin the reparenting process with deep compassion.Week 2 — Nov 26: Forgiveness
Explore forgiveness as an energetic release, freeing yourself from what no longer serves.Week 3 — Dec 3: Relationships as Vehicles for Growth
Understand how triggers in relationship can become sacred fuel for your spiritual growth.Week 4 — Dec 10: A Whole New Paradigm for Friendship
Reimagine friendship as a space of truth, presence, and mutual evolution.Week 5 — Dec 17: Integration and Next Steps
We will close with a sacred circle to reflect, celebrate, and map out how to carry this work forward in your life.
