Sep 20: Heal What Hurts Masterclass
Saturday, September 20 | 10 AM – Noon | Zoom
Learn a simple, repeatable way to meet emotional triggers with presence so you can stop the cycle of lashing out, numbing out, or checking out. In this live class, I will guide you through the core Heal What Hurts method to release stored tension, soften reactive patterns, and restore calm in your body and relationships. You will leave with tools you can use the next time you feel overwhelmed, defensive, or shut down.
This special masterclass is also the kickoff event for the launch of my new book, Heal What Hurts: How to Heal Emotional Triggers, which releases the very next day, September 8. Join me to experience the process firsthand and celebrate the book’s arrival with a live community practice.
What you will learn
• How triggers live as contracted energy in the body and why they feel so big in the moment
• The three outs and how to interrupt them in real time
• A step-by-step body scan and breath protocol to unwind trigger knots
• Inquiry prompts that reveal the old script underneath the reaction
• A brief prayer or intention practice to anchor nervous system safety
• How to repair after a rupture and return to emotional sovereignty
How the 2 hours flow
• Arrival and grounding practice, 10 minutes
• Teaching and live demo of the method, 30 minutes
• Guided somatic practice and breathwork, 25 minutes
• Trigger inquiry with journaling prompts, 20 minutes
• Gentle integration practice and short prayer, 15 minutes
• Q and A and next steps, 20 minutes
