Oct 18 & 19: Heal What Hurts, A Weekend Meditation Retreat
A Time for Deep Healing & Awakening
Lake Harriet Spiritual Community in The Sanctuary
4401 Upton Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55410
Pause and reset your nervous system, your mind, and your body.
Drop in and expand your inner space so peace has room to fill you. Reconnect with the Divine Presence, your Higher Self. Through guided practices and quiet meditation, we will give the mind a rest, the brain a break, and release the contractions and tensions that hurt the body and keep us stuck in old patterns.
Through Heal What Hurts practices, SomaYoga, gentle stretches, guided meditation, and transformational breathwork, you will learn to soften and release your emotional triggers, clear the body of negative programs, and return to calm presence and inherent wisdom.
We will have time to connect, share and ask questions during our sessions but during the brief breaks, we will observe silence and cultivate a sacred space for integration and true rest of our minds.
