When you start your day by entering the quiet space within, you will see your days and your whole week unfold with more fluidity and flow. You will become more aware of Grace in your life.

You have heard it a million times: meditation reduces stress and anxiety.

But, if all you notice when you sit down to meditate is the very anxiety you are trying so hard to ignore, then it’s easy to think that you are the one person for whom meditation & prayer does not work.

Here is my promise: it does work.

You are just not meant to meditate alone when you first start. That can come later when you are a seasoned meditator. To begin with, you meditate in a group, with guidance, so your mind has help staying focused. You are held in the group field by your fellow practitioners and a seasoned meditation teacher.

I have created this course so you can experience what it’s like to be held and guided for seven-day daily practice. If you show up for your practice every day for seven days, you will experience a reduction in anxiety and an increase in flow and ease in your day.

The Flow of Your Morning Practice

We begin our daily practice with guided, seated meditation. You can sit anywhere comfortable: on the floor, in bed, or a chair. The only requirement is that you sit with a straight spine. The guided meditation takes about 20 minutes.

After calming the mind and body with mindfulness meditation, we move into prayer and vision practice for about 10 minutes.

If you’re not in a morning rush, I invite you to stay 15 extra minutes to share and ask questions.
