When triggers are left un-healed they create emotional instability and you never know when someone is going to say or do that thing that disrupts your inners state. When you have learned to master the steps of how to take heal and release your emotional triggers, you become free. You no longer depend on other people to act a certain way so that you may feel safe. You create your own unshakable ground within.
You learn to understand your own role in entering into dynamics that boil your emotional triggers to the surface. You even begin to welcome your old triggers as they surface because they must be known and felt in order to be healed and released.
