Do you have a sense that something in the energy field of your body may be blocking you from expanding into your full potential?

This gentle and effective workshop uses the Yogic Chakra system to access 7 key areas of your life so that you can release old patterns that block your expansion.

You will learn therapeutic yogic practices:

  • Body: Chakra stimulating asanas.

  • Vision: Letting go of negative expectations and setting positive intentions.

  • Breath: Pranayama (breath techniques) to connect you to Higher Self.

  • Voice: Seed sound vibrations that help you release contracted energy.

The practices help you tune into blocks that exist below your conscious awareness and bring them into the Light of awareness. Clarity arises and refreshing change inevitably follows.

Students of the The Chakra Awakening Process report feeling deeply empowered and clear on what has been holding them back and how to move forward. In a clear inner space, you connect more easily to the voice of your inner Divine guidance.

The Chakra Awakening Process is a miletone and a gamechanger. Create Space in your home for your Process:

  • Wear comfortable clothing (layers).

  • Bring a blanket and a pillow.

  • Bring a notebook and pen to your session.

You do not need any prior experience with yoga and meditation to benefit in a deep way from this practice. The session is given live on Zoom by Maria Toso. It is not recorded to respect the privacy of the participants.
