Where Do You Land on Your Priority List?

This is why you MUST nourish and ground yourself first.

Just as you would put an oxygen mask on yourself before assisting a child. If you can't breathe, it doesn't matter how willing you are to help others.

For your sake, and for the sake of those around you, if is ESSENTIAL that you get your wellbeing to the top of your priority list.
